End User License Agreement (EULA)

Agreement to Terms

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and meal.run ("Licensor") for the use of the meal.run mobile application ("Licensed Application"). By downloading, installing, or using the Licensed Application, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

License Grant

Licensor grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Licensed Application solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and Apple's standard End User License Agreement (EULA).

Scope of License

You may:

  • Use the Licensed Application on devices that you own or control
  • Make one copy for backup purposes

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute the Licensed Application
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Licensed Application
  • Remove any proprietary notices or labels from the Licensed Application
  • Transfer, rent, lease, lend, sell, or sublicense the Licensed Application
  • Use the Licensed Application for any commercial purpose

Technical Requirements

Use of the Licensed Application requires a compatible iOS device and internet connection. You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining all hardware, software, and services needed to use the Licensed Application, including internet connectivity and data charges.

Maintenance and Support

Licensor is responsible for providing maintenance and support services for the Licensed Application as specified in this Agreement or as required by applicable law. You can contact support at support@meal.run.

Updates and Modifications

Licensor may from time to time provide updates, upgrades, or modifications to the Licensed Application. Such updates may be automatically installed without providing any additional notice or receiving any additional consent. You consent to such automatic updates.

Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights in and to the Licensed Application are owned by Licensor. This Agreement does not grant you any rights to trademarks or service marks of Licensor.

Warranty Disclaimer

THE LICENSED APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. LICENSOR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LICENSOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE LICENSED APPLICATION, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Licensed Application and delete all copies.

Third-Party Terms

By using the Licensed Application, you agree to comply with all applicable third-party terms, including Apple's App Store Terms of Service and Usage Rules.

Third-Party Beneficiary

Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement. Upon your acceptance of this Agreement, Apple will have the right to enforce this Agreement against you as a third-party beneficiary.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
