By accessing or using the meal.run mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

Description of Service

meal.run provides personalized meal planning services, including weekly meal plans, recipes, shopping lists, and nutritional tracking. The service uses AI technology to generate customized meal recommendations based on your preferences and dietary restrictions.

User Accounts

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the App
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
  • You must provide accurate and complete information
  • You are responsible for all activities under your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
  • Upload harmful code, viruses, or malicious software
  • Reproduce, duplicate, or copy any part of the App without permission
  • Resell or commercially exploit the App or its content

Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of information provided by the App.

Subscription and Payment

  • Subscription fees are billed through your Apple App Store account
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • Refunds are handled according to Apple App Store policies
  • We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with advance notice

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by meal.run and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create in the App (meal plans, shopping lists, preferences). By using the App, you grant us a license to use this content to provide and improve our services.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, meal.run shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms of Service. You may also terminate your account at any time through the App settings.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
